Fishing has been slow as of late. But, the fishing will always be slow if you aren't on the water.
I solved that problem a few days ago, in Florida. My brother, nephew and I went fishing with Capt.Mike Balon on Lake Okeechobee, the big blue circle you see on the map of Florida. Okeechobee is famous for its big bass, and it delivered! We boated a bunch of fish and quite a few hogs!
The wildlife was amazing, alligators, turtles, herons and many other birds we don't get to see up here in Maine, and a few do, the elegant osprey for one, crows for the other, I guess they are everywhere.
My fish itch was nicely scratched, and my inspiration tank filled up I'm ready to fish away, from here!
